Event Column
This column defines whether the information for the record marks that the resources was Avail (available) or Outage (on outage).

An Outage event and its duration represents the time to repair (the average length of each of these events over a sufficient study period and number of risk iterations should converge to the input mean repair time or MTTR).

An Avail event and its duration represents the time to fail or time between outage events (the average length of each of these events over a sufficient study period and number of risk iterations should converge to the input mean time to fail or MTTF).
