CompositeReservoirDetail Output Table

The CompositeReservoirDetail table is a diagnostic table holding the operational results for studies using the Hydro Composite Reservoir logic.  The table is created and records are written for each composite reservoir where Report = True for a reservoir.  (Report is a Record Type in the input.)  The output is hourly only for each dispatch hour.
