RSet_Capability_Limit Column

This column contains the applied physical capability limit for the set of resources belonging to the composite reservoir. This will be equal to RSet_Shaped_Capability + Spill_Offset – Minflow_Reserve. This column is populated when Record Type = Op.
NOTE: The energy actually available for dispatch may be lower than this depending on reservoir beginning contents, inflow and spill requirements.
