Event_End Column
The column is used to tie an event back to the Capability in the ResourceHour output table. The value represents the decimal hour from study start where the event ends.
For example, in the image below a 100 MW unit is available for 11.72 hours and then goes down at study hour 91.95785. Since it is more than 95% through that hour when it fails it’s capability for the hour (2014_01_04 Hr19) it is set to 100*(.95785) = 95.785 as shown in the ResourceHour table. The repair event for that outage finishes at study hour 95.6357 so the capability for 2014_01_04 Hr23 is 100*(1-.6357) = 36.43. If there are multiple sub-hour events within a single hour, their impact will be accumulated until an event occurs that exceeds the hour.
