This column reports the NPV of the total system cost for the iteration, reported in thousands of currency, including: resource production, fixed costs for all in-system resources, and wheeling charges on transmission lines. If demand is relaxed in any zone, a cost is added equal to the amount of demand relaxation multiplied by the zonal price.
