Applied_Cont_Min Column
The relaxed contingency limit of the branch in the "from" bus to the "to" bus direction. This number can be different from the Contingency_Min if the nominal limit was relaxed in conjunction with the use of the switch Enforce Shadow Price Cap with Penalty Vars.
