Contingency_Max Column
The contingency rating of the branch in the "to" bus to the "from" bus direction as defined in the in the LoadFlow_Branch table in the Network Definition Datasets.
NOTE: The contingency limit used may be different from general flow limits and is governed by the Contingency_Limit setting.
