Indicates the status of the corridor, including whether it is constrained.

Slack - The corridor is not constrained.

At_Limit - The corridor is at its limit.

Penalty_Applied - The branch was relaxed due to the Enforce Shadow Price Cap with Penalty Vars logic.
NOTE: This column will only report in the Hourly table.
