LODF Column
The ratio of the flow on the Contingency_Element prior to the contingency which will be shifted to the Loaded_Element when the contingency occurs. A positive value indicates positive contingency branch flow will result in positive incremental flow on the loaded element.
NOTE: This column will only be populated in a security constrained (SCOPF) study.
