NodalDiagLoadSource Output Table

The NodalDiagLoadSource output table reports diagnostic information related to the loading of transmission elements in nodal studies.

This table will reports information for the source of transmission element loading requested in the Transmission Diagnostic input table for records of with Report Type = Load Source. The information in this table is dependent on the nodal solution for the hour reported, and can change for every hour dispatched. The number of records output for each element in each requested time period will be a function of the number of report values requested (NVal Reported column) and the number of contingency elements in the study. The set of values reported will be ranked and reported by the level of induced flow.

NOTE: This table can also work in conjunction with the NodalLMPContributions output table to create a load source report for every branch that exceeds a certain MW tolerance. Logic is activated by requesting LMP contributions in the Supplemental Bus table by using a negative value and specifying a value in the Load Source from LMP Contributions threshold field on the Nodal Solution Settings form in Simulation Options.
