Capability Column
The capability for the generator in MW. For mapped resources this field is generally equal to the Capacity multiplied by each of the forced and maintenance outage rates. In general, the formula is as follows:
Capability = [Capacity] * (1 – [Maintenance Rate]/100) * (1 - [Forced Outage Rate]/100])
Please note that Daily Change inputs, Ramp Rates, and the Enforce Min Down Times setting can further limit capability.
