The station service load requirement being met by the plant, as specified in the Portfolio Resource table. If the plant output is >0 then it will satisfy all of the station service at the plant’s net cost. When the plant is not running, the amount of the requirement will be added to the portfolio demand to be satisfied by either a requirements contract or market purchase at the appropriate cost.
