The date and time at which the Act_Max_Portfolio_Demand occurs within the year. This value is not differentiated by condition.
NOTE: This column will only be populated for the PortfolioSummaryMonth and PortfolioSummaryYear output table.
NOTE: If a study is run only for a partial year, the values in the yearly output table will correspond to the maximum demand value for only that portion of the year.
