The average demand for the portfolio for the specified time period and condition. If Portfolio Resources are of Fuel Type Conservation or Dispatchable DSM, then they will be accounted for in this column.
Note that the general formula will look like this:
Market Purchases + Market Sales + Contract Purchases + Contract Sales + Resource Output = Portfolio Demand + Net Station Service
