The capability of the resource in MW. Generally, this field is equal to the capacity multiplied by each of the forced and maintenance outage rates. In general, the formula is as follows:

Capability = [Capacity] * (1 – [Maintenance Rate]/100) * (1 - [Forced Outage Rate]/100)

Please note that Daily Change inputs, Ramp Rates, and the Enforce Min Down Times setting can further limit capability.
