Capability_MWh Column
Units = MWh
The total capability of the resource for the time period in MWh. Capacity is multiplied by each of the forced and maintenance outage rates. In general, the formula is as follows:
Capability = [Capacity] * (1 – [Maintenance Rate]/100) * (1 - [Forced Outage Rate]/100])
Please note that Daily Change inputs, ramp rates, and the Enforce Min Down Times setting can further limit capability.
