Input_Spin_Reserve Column

The average number of megawatts of the Spinning resource, as defined in the Resources input table, used to satisfy zonal operation reserve requirements during the given time period. This column reports only the spinning that was specifically defined as such in the Resources input table. Note that this amount may exceed the reserve requirement as it is a direct definition, through input, rather than what Aurora decides to set aside as generation for spinning.
