Total_Cost_MWh = (Total_Fuel_Cost + Variable_OM_Cost + Total_Emission_Cost + Startup_Cost + Fixed_Cost) * 1000 / Output_MWh
NOTE: This column is not reported for Storage Resources due to the different cost calculations involved with charging.
