Uplift_Revenue Column

This column reports the uplift revenue for the resource in the given time period. It is based on the resource output and the commitment uplift values calculated for the zone in which the resource resides. In particular, the total uplift revenue for the month will be the product of the hourly uplift values and the hourly output of the resource.
NOTE: This column will only be populated for the ResourceMonth, ResourceYear, and ResourceStudy tables. The values in this column will be zero if the zone in which the resource resides is not set to calculate uplift payments.
