Solve Granularity
Solve Granularity specifies whether the commitment problem is solved at hourly or sub-hourly periods. This setting appears when "Use Sub-Hourly Dispatch" is selected for the Study Period under Sub-Hourly Settings in Project Setup.
NOTE: This setting is only available for Commitment_Optimization when using Sub-Hourly dispatch.
If the dispatch is not being done with sub-hourly level, the option will not be available/used.
There are two options:

Hourly - commitment units can only change their commitment status (online/offline) at the beginning of an hour (when the Minute = 0).

Sub-Hourly - commitment units can change their commitment status in any sub-hour period.
NOTE: Simulation run times will typically increase significantly on large systems when using the sub-hourly commitment.
