Include Variable O&M Costs in Dispatch
This checkbox controls whether or not the model includes Variable Operation and Maintenance (VOM) expenses.
If checked, the Variable O&M expense is included in the dispatch decision of a resource. Variable O&M quantities are specified Variable O&M column of the Resources Table.
