Include Variable O&M in Value Reporting
This option is used to control the treatment of variable operation and maintenance (O&M) expense in the computation of value for resources, as reported in the Value column of the Resource Output Table. If selected the variable O&M expense will be included in the computation of value for the resource. Variable O&M quantities are specified in the Variable O&M column of the Resources Table.
