Outage Method
This option selects which outage method will be used for resource outages.

Hourly Derate - Select this option to derate the capability for each resource. It will be derated hourly based upon its current Forced Outage rate. No random outage method will be applied.

Convergent - This option invokes the Convergent Outage Method logic, which ensures convergence to a specified forced outage rate.

Frequency Duration - This option invokes the Frequency Duration Outage Method.
NOTE: For both Convergent and Frequency Duration methods, outages will only apply to resources as specified using the Risk Outage column.
