Treat Resource Bidding Adder Input as Nominal
Use this option to specify that bidding adders are in nominal terms. When selected, the model will use the adders specified for the Bidding Adder and UBB Bidding Adder directly as input, without adjustment for inflation. Bidding adders are specified in the Resources, New Resources and Fuel tables.
NOTE: When using ramp rates with the Nodal Capability, the current hour’s constraints (maximum resource capability) will be based on the previous hour’s nodal output for each zonal resource that is mapped to one or more nodal generators.
