Treat Emissions Price Input as Nominal
Use this checkbox to specify that emission prices are in nominal terms. When checked, the model uses the prices specified for all emissions directly as input, without adjustment for inflation.
Emission prices are specified in the Emission Price table. See Emissions Overview for a more thorough discussion of the emission methods.
NOTE: When using ramp rates with the Nodal Capability, the current hour’s constraints (maximum resource capability) will be based on the previous hour’s nodal output for each zonal resource that is mapped to one or more nodal generators.
