Use Bidding Logic
Checking this box will apply bidding premiums to the cost of operating a resource. Bidding is applied using the Bidding Factor and Bidding Shape columns in the Resources Table.
For both must run and commitment units, bidding is only applied to the dispatchable segment of the unit and not the minimum segment.
NOTE: When using ramp rates with the Nodal Capability, the current hour’s constraints (maximum resource capability) will be based on the previous hour’s nodal output for each zonal resource that is mapped to one or more nodal generators.
