Generator Ramp Up Charge is a charge applied to ramping up. This charge can be used to approximate the maintenance/wear-and-tear cost of ramping. The charge is applied to all Ramp between Min Stable Level and Max Capacity and also to the running up from zero to Min Stable Level. The cost incurred is reported in the property Ramp Up Cost.
