Online Cost Column

The Online Cost column is used to define a $/MW/hr value that is added to the cost of the unit in hours that it is online. It is different from the standard Variable O&M input column because it is not based upon the MWh of output; if the unit is running at all it gets the full cost. The entry must be a positive value. The Online Cost will affect the commitment of the unit but it will not directly affect the Dispatch_Cost.
This column is impacted by the Use nameplate capacity for MW based commitment input setting.
NOTE: If the FUEL reference is specified for this variable the value in the Fuel Table will be applied.
