Fixed O&M Column

The Fixed O&M column allows the user to specify the fixed operation and maintenance cost (plus any investment carrying costs) for a resource, expressed in Currency per MW-week.
A typical input with a 3 $/MWh fixed O&M for a unit in full operation which applies this calculation 3x168 hours per week = $504. Since fixed O&M is not dependent on plant operation, the fixed cost is applied regardless of plant operation.
NOTE: If the FUEL reference is specified for this variable the value in the Fuel Table will be applied.

This value can be seen individually in the Fixed_Cost_Base output column or included with other fixed costs in the Fixed_Cost output column.
