Min Up Time Column
Column Type = Integer
The Min Up Time column allows the user to specify the minimum number of hours a resource must run if committed. The number of hours must be at least 1, if entered. The Min Up Time is ignored if Non Cycling is zero.
NOTE: Aurora will default to a value of 16 if the record is zero or NULL/blank.
NOTE: If the FUEL reference is specified for this variable the value in the Fuel table will be applied.
