Shadow Bidding Resource Column

The Shadow Bidding Resource column allows the user to define one resource for the purpose of shadow bidding the dispatch cost of that resource. Enter the exact value from the resource ID Column of the resource to use for the shadow bidding dispatch cost in this column. A resource may refer to another resource that also has an assigned shadow bidding resource. When this value is non-zero and when the bidding logic is turned on, this resource uses shadow bidding logic.
NOTE: Resources using shadow bidding may not define Upper Bidding Blocks (UBB).
NOTE: The Use Bidding Logic switch must be set to apply bidding logic to the study, located in the Resource folder of Simulation Options.
NOTE: There is no FUEL default for a shadow bidding resource.
