Emission Price ID Column
Column Type = Text
This column points to the ID column in the Emission Price table. It will only be used if the Emission Rate and Emission Price tables are checked in study. The emission prices referenced here will be applied to all the resources in the zone which have a valid Emission Rate ID defined but do not have an Emission Price ID specified.

NOTE: When doing an Emission Constraint study, the resource or zone level emission price IDs do not have to match constraint level Emission Prices IDs, but the constraint level prices will take precedence if both are defined for the same emission type.
