Hydro Number Column

The Hydro Number column is used to specify hydro characteristics for specific hydro resources. Any of the hydro "sets" (from the Hydro Monthly and Hydro Vectors tables) may be referenced for any hydro resource unit. Or, create a new hydro set by adding a new row in both of the Hydro tables and entering the new name/number in this column.
NOTE: If the text 'Area', 'AreaName', or 'ShortAreaName' are specified for this variable, the hydro shapes for the Area where the resource is located will be applied. In other words, text from either the Area Number, Area Name or Short Area Name columns in the Areas Table can be used as Name fields in the Hydro Vectors and Hydro Monthly tables. If the unit is not a hydro unit (does not have a Fuel with Fuel Type starting with "Wat"), then this value is not used.
NOTE: Any Fuel with Fuel Type starting with "Wat" (case insensitive) will cause a resource referenced to that fuel to be treated as a hydro resource.
