Input_MTTF Column
The mean time to failure as derived from the Forced Outage and Mean Repair Time columns of the Resources table. The MTTF describes the mean or average elapsed time, in hours, between forced outage events.
NOTE: The actual duration between outage events will depend on the Freq duration outages based on elapsed time switch. In other words, if switch is not selected, then only hours when the resource has output > 0 will count toward the time duration between outages. However, this will not affected the reported MTTF. This input MTTF value could change as FOR or MTTR values are changed via time series.
