Study_Hour Column
This column reports the cumulative count of hours in a study elapsed so far when outage or return-to-service event occurs (begins). This should match the Event_End (minus any partial hour or sub-hour contributions) of the immediately-previous event and help reveal differences in results when the Freq duration outages based on elapsed time switch is not selected.
