Capability_MW Column
The Capability_MW column is the total of all available Capability in the area. For mapped resources in the area, this field is generally equal to the Capacity multiplied by each of the forced and maintenance outage rates. In general, the formula is as follows:
Capability = [Capacity] * (1 – [Maintenance Rate]/100) * (1 - [Forced Outage Rate]/100])
Please note that Daily Change inputs, Ramp Rates, and the Enforce Min Down Times setting can further limit capability.
