Resource_Maint_Outage Column
Units = Average MW
The average number of megawatts for resources on maintenance in the pool. This column reports maintenance derates from the MST table, and the Maint Begin, Maint End, and Maintenance Rate columns from the Resources Table.
Note that if a resource has both a maintenance derate and a forced outage derate, the maintenance derate will take precedence. For example, a 100 MW unit with a 10% FOR and a 10% Maintenance Rate will have a capability of 100*(1 - .1)*(1 - .1) = 81 MW. The Resource_Maint_Outage reported will be 100*.1 = 10, while the Resource_Forced_Outage reported will be (100 – 10)*.1 = 9MW.
