Dispatch_Cost Column
Units = $/MWh
Variable cost of the resource for the current hour as used in the dispatch logic. This may differ from the Incr_Cost if the resource is must run or non-cycling, has Start Up Costs in certain situations, has any bidding assumptions, if the Include variable O&M in the dispatch flag is not set, or if the Resource dispatch margin is set to a percent greater than zero.
When using the Heat Rate Segment logic, this is the dispatch cost of the last dispatched segment for the current hour or the dispatch cost of the highest (non-UBB) segment if the unit is not running, when reported for Report_Level = Unit. For Report_Level = Segment this is just dispatch cost at the segment; these costs are used in the dispatch logic.
