This column reports maintenance derates from the MST Table, and the Maint Begin, Maint End, and Maintenance Rate columns from the Resources Table.

Note that if a resource has both a maintenance derate and a forced outage derate, the maintenance derate will take precedence.

For example, a 100 MW unit with a 10% FOR and a 10% Maintenance Rate will have a Capability of 100*(1 - 0.1)*(1 - 0.1) = 81 MW.  

The Maint_Outage reported will be 100*0.1 = 10, while the Forced_Outage reported will be (100 – 10)*0.1 = 9MW.
