Pool Prices Extend Across Zones
Selection of this checkbox for a long-term run will set capacity prices for all zones in a pool to the shortfall of the pool marginal resource.
If this option is not enabled, the zonal capacity price will be uniquely determined for each zone based on the shortfall of each zone’s marginal resource and will only reflect the pool marginal resource if that resource resides in the zone.
