Include Fixed O&M in Value Reporting
This option allows the user to control the treatment of fixed operation and maintenance (O&M) expense in the computation of value for resources, as reported in the Value column of the Resource Output Table. If selected the fixed O&M expense will be included in the computation of value for the resource. Fixed O&M quantities are specified in the Fixed O&M column of the Resources Table.
NOTE: This option should be used when running long-term capacity expansion studies. See Long Term for more information.
