Production Integers in Look-ahead

Description:	Controls when the look-ahead contains integers for unit commitment and other decisions.

Production Integers in Look-ahead controls when the look-ahead in ST Schedule contains integer variables for unit commitment and other decisions such as Regulation Range. The setting can take the following values:

Never (value = 0): Integers are never used in the look-ahead.
Auto (value = 1): Integers are used when the conditions below are met.
Always (value = 2): Integers are always used in the look-ahead if they are also used in the non-look-ahead periods.

For the "Auto" setting, integers are included for a Generator if:

Generator Shutdown Profile is defined, or
Generator Run Down Rate is defined, or
Region Uplift Enabled is toggled 'on'.

and for a Facility if:

Facility Min Operating Level Global is toggled on.

Including integers in the look-ahead increases the run time of models but can improve accuracy.
