This optional column is used to specify a build cost that the unit will incur each year, calculated as LCCR * Build Cost * Nameplate Capacity (in kW). It is entered as currency/kW, e.g. $/kW-yr.

The final cost will be accrued on an hourly basis and can be used in short term or long term studies. The final calculated cost is reported in the Build_Cost output column.

 NOTE: If the FUEL reference is specified for this variable the value in the Fuel Table will be applied.
