Capacity Obligation Zone Column (Optional)

The Capacity Obligation Zone column is used to calculate the Capacity_Obligation for the portfolio in the same way as for the zone, i.e. [Portfolio demand at Peak Hour] * (1 + [Planning Reserve Requirement] / 100) and then subsequently multiplied by any of the Capacity Obligation Scaling Factors already specified for the zone.
The column is input with a Zone ID from the Zone Definition table, and it must reference a zone which has at least one valid month specified in Capacity Obligation Peak Months column.
