Capacity_Obligation Column

For portfolios which have the Capacity Obligation Zone column populated, or zones which have the Capacity Obligation Peak Months column populated, this value, for each year, will be equal to [Portfolio Peak Demand] * [1 + (Planning Reserve Requirement) / 100] * [Capacity Obligation Scaling Factor], where:
- Peak Demand is the portfolio demand for the peak demand hour for the pool in which the zone resides if operating pools are being used; otherwise the peak zonal demand.
- Planning Reserve Requirement is the percentage input for the pool the referenced zone resides in if pools are being used; otherwise it is the value from the zone itself.
If more scaling factors are entered then these will also be multiplied to get the final value.
