Full_Load_Heat_Rate Column

For a Unit (Report_Level = Unit) this column shows the average (net) heat rate for the resource if it were running at full capacity. For a Segment (Report_Level and Dispatch_Segment columns), this column shows the average heat rate up through the current segment if it were running at full capacity. For segments defined with the Heat Rate Definition table, the segment heat rates reported here should match the input heat rates if Type Average is used. This column is most useful when using the Heat Rate Segment logic.
