In that case, the max up time and min down time constraints work together such that the total generation in any given period of length equal to the sum of the max up time and min down time is less than or equal to the max up time multiplied by the max capacity. Because integers are not being used, limits governing the operation of facilities for consecutive hours cannot be fully enforced.
Production FreezeTolerance Double -1.0   false

Some Algorithms such as Uniform Pricing require the freezing of generator/battery production levels, line flows and other decisions at optimal values from prior solves. This is the tolerance that will apply to that freezing process such that any new optimal values will be at most this value away from a prior optimal value. If unsupplied, the Performance Feasibility Tolerance is used (default 1e-6).

Production NonPriceSettingTolerance Double 0   false

Freezing refers to the fixing of some decision variables (i.e. generator production levels) about their optimal values from prior solves. Tolerance bounds the distance from any new optimal values within a solve from its optimal value found from the a preceding solve.

This is the freezing tolerance used for Non Price Setting algorithm (i.e. the Pricing solve). The default value (0) fixes decision variables exactly to their values from a preceding solve.

Other algorithms which freeze decisions utilize a separate freeze tolerance. This is also a hidden parameter (see FreezeTolerance).
