About the Help System

The Aurora Help System provides immediate access to assistance on all features and functions of Aurora. Help is updated on a continual basis and installed automatically with each update of Aurora.

The Help System can be accessed by using the Help button on the Home Tab Ribbon or by using F1 for context sensitive help anywhere within the application for applicable interface instructions.

NOTE: Context-sensitive Help (F1) on tables and table columns can be accessed directly using the F1 key within the desired table or column selected in Aurora.

Aurora FeaturesAurora Features

The Aurora Features section explains Aurora capabilities such as Productivity Enhancements, Endogenous Risk Analysis, and Nodal Capability.
Run ManagementRun Management

Run Management provides information on how to configure an Aurora Run, including Project Setup, Simulation Options, Active Study Types, Logic, and Reporting.
Data ManagementData Management

This includes Input Tables, Output Tables, and instructions for Editing Database Tables.
Cloud SimulationsCloud Simulations

Use Aurora on PLEXOS Cloud to upload projects and run simulations. The results can be viewed within Aurora or on the Web. You can even download results within Aurora.
Productivity ToolsProductivity Tools

Productivity Tools describe the powerful tools integrated into Aurora, including Quick Views, Computational Datasets, and Scripting. The integrated Charting and Project Scheduler tools are also described.
