The Aurora Help System provides immediate access to assistance on all features and functions of Aurora. Help is updated on a continual basis and installed automatically with each update of Aurora. The Help System can be accessed by using the Help button on the Home Tab Ribbon or by using F1 for context sensitive help anywhere within the application for applicable interface instructions.
NOTE: Context-sensitive Help (F1) on tables and table columns can be accessed directly using the F1 key with the desired table or column selected. The Help System is based on HTML so always navigate within the Help System using single-click actions.
The Help System will assist you with:
Learning how Aurora operates.
Setting up and modifying Aurora databases.
Working with Aurora results.
Understanding how Aurora models the marketplace for electric energy.
Obtaining additional support from Energy Exemplar LLC.
